Job Title:		Online Ad Trafficker, mediabistro

		mediabistro.com is seeking a talented Online Ad Trafficker to join our team. The ideal candidate has good understanding of online advertising processes and operations (ad serving system, sales process and inventory) and experience with Google Ad Manager or similar ad server programs. This is an exciting growth opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in a small but rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities:		Manage online ad campaigns into the ad server in a timely and accurate manner Test creatives to ensure that publisher specifications are met Monitor online ad inventory to ensure full delivery of goals Analyze and report metrics to Sales team Investigate and troubleshoot ad delivery problems Modify Flash files, third party ad tags to ensure ad server compatibility
Requirements:		1-2 years online ad traffic experience preferred Good understanding of online advertising processes (ad serving system, sales process and inventory) Experience with Google Ad Manager or similar ad server programs (DART, OAS, Accipiter, Falk, Mediaplex, or Atlas) Ability to multi-task priorities under tight deadlines Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and Macromedia Flash recommended Experience in online advertising industry, web culture and targeted consumer demographic is highly desired Must be self-motivated, organized and pay meticulous attention to detail
