The first annual event will be held February 2-7, 2004, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, DC. The event will host a pre-conference day on February 2, a two-day conference and expo on February 3-4, and will conclude with post-conference training on February 5-7.The itSMF USA is now in its third successful year of providing a forum where members have immediate access to all of the experience, materials, documentation and programs that will ultimately assist in improving the management of delivery of IT services to their businesses and customers.
