MECKLERMEDIA ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF UK.INTERNET.COM AND AUSTRALIA.INTERNET.COM
(WESTPORT, CT - May 14, 1998) -- Mecklermedia, "The Internet Media Company" (Nasdaq: MECK) today introduced international editions of its Internet.com Web site for Australia and the United Kingdom. The sites, UK.Internet.com (http://uk.internet.com) and Australia.Internet.com (http://australia.internet.com), feature original content as well as content from the North American edition of Internet.com.

UK.Internet.com made its formal debut to Internet industry and business professionals at the Internet World UK Spring '98 trade show in London this week. Australia.Internet.com will also be a main feature at Internet World Australia Pacific '98, running August 11-13, 1998 in Sydney.
