What we can help with
Offshore Betting Sites is an independent research and comparison site covering offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We're not a sportsbook ourselves, so we can't process bets, deposits, withdrawals or account issues on behalf of any operator. What we can do is answer questions about:

What to take up with the sportsbook directly
Because offshore books like Lucky Rebel, Bovada, BetOnline and the other operators we cover are independent businesses licensed outside the US, we have no access to individual customer accounts and no ability to intervene in disputes. If your question involves any of the following, it needs to go to the operator's own support team, not us:
- Deposit or withdrawal delays on your account
- Verification (KYC) requests or document uploads
- Bonus credits, rollover tracking, or wagering progress on your account
- Account access, password resets, or login problems
- Disputes over settled bets or voided wagers
Each operator publishes its own support channels — usually live chat, email, or a support ticket system — on its own site. Keep in mind that because these books sit outside US state regulation, there's no US regulator or state agency you can escalate a dispute to if a sportsbook is slow to respond or refuses to pay out. Are these sportsbooks legal for me to use?
We can't give you a definitive legal answer, because it depends on the state you're in and the laws that apply there. Offshore sportsbooks are licensed outside the US — typically in jurisdictions like Curaçao, Panama, or Costa Rica — and they operate outside the licensing and consumer-protection framework that governs US state-regulated betting. That means no state-backed dispute resolution, no guaranteed fund segregation, and no state-mandated responsible gambling tools if something goes wrong. If you're unsure where you stand, check your state's current gambling laws or speak with a qualified legal professional — we're not able to advise on individual cases.
Can you guarantee a sportsbook will pay me?
No. Our ratings reflect research into reputation, track record, and stated terms, not a guarantee of outcome. No independent review site can promise that any offshore operator will process a withdrawal on time, or at all. We factor payout reputation into our About Us methodology, but the risk of delay or non-payment sits with the operator, not with us.
Do you offer betting tips or picks?
No. This site compares sportsbooks — their odds, markets, bonuses, and banking — it does not publish betting advice, predictions, or anything presented as a guaranteed outcome. Betting always carries the risk of losing money, and nothing on this site should be read otherwise.

We read every message, though as a small editorial team we can't guarantee a same-day response.
